Summary
Do not upload anything that can even remotely considered porn, copyrighted material, harassment, or spam. If you do, all files created by you will be removed.
1. Definitions
1. 'File' or 'Upload' refers to any material that has/or has the potential to be uploaded to FileBox.
2. 'User' refers to the individual who uploads files to FileBox, has uploaded files to FileBox, or access files uploaded by other users.
3. 'URL' refers to the location of any file on FileBox including user-uploaded and/or staff uploaded content.
2. Terms of service
FileBox reserves the right to remove any file, and assumes no liability for lost links, or lost images.
The following types of files constitute "abuse" and ToS breaking images, and may not be uploaded:
* Pornographic files.
* Files that are illegal and or in violation of any United States laws.
* Files that infringe the copyright of any entity excluding the user.
* Files intending to harass, spam, or promote anything for commercial profit.
Uploading abusive files will result in the immediate termination of your ability to use FileBox, and any services provided by FileBox. All files related to the abusive files will be subject to deletion.
Circumventing FileBox's ability to enforce these Terms of Service will result in prosecution.
3. Privacy
All information provided by the user is strictly confidential. We ("FileBox") reserve the right to distribute demographic information provided by the user, and we will never release any personal information about the user without prior written permission. Although, under certain circumstances, moderators can browse and search files to protect visitors from viewing abusive files that abide the terms of service

FileBox's Terms of Service are subject to change without prior notice to the user.
All files are copyright to their respective owners, FileBox directs full legal responsibility of files to their respective owners. All other content is copyright to FileBox. FileBox is not responsible for the content of any uploaded file, nor are we affiliated with any user that may be represented in those uploaded files.
5. imitation of Liability
User agrees to indemnify and hold FileBox harmless from any loss, liability, claims, damages and expenses, loss of data, including attorneys fees, arising from or related to content, use, or deletion of a user's files or use of any other feature. This expressly includes:
* User's responsibility for any and all liability arising from the violation or infringement of proprietary rights and/or copyrights.
* Any defamatory or unlawful material uploaded.
6. Maintenance
FileBox may/will perform maintenance as we determine reasonable necessary. User must acknowledge that such maintenance may require downtime.
FileBox will attempt to provide prior notice of the maintenance, except in the case that circumstances beyond FileBox's control, which limit the ability to do so.
7. Audio
The uploading of audio files on FileBox by the end user is allowed. Uploading of commercial material is not allowed, you must only upload works that you own the copyright to.
Commercial material found on your IP address will be removed, and your IP address banned with potential loss of data.
The end user is responsible for each and every file uploaded, and FileBox takes no responsibility for files uploaded to FileBox's servers, and or shared on third-party sites.
